I am a B.Com graduate & want to make my career in SAP but I am confused. Should I do MBA too or focus on SAP only?

The grass is always greener on the other side. Having spent 4 years in SAP, I know that in long-term SAP has less to offer. Folks from core MBA field may differ in my opinion. I believe when you say profit, you mean monetary and not from the career point of view. So there are SAP consultants who are working in top companies earning around 40 LPA with an approximately. experience of 10-15 years. These people are only the tip of the iceberg, which is the sole reason why too many people are attracted towards SAP. They don't know the iceberg is a lot more underwater beyond their visibility. So profit in SAP depends on where you end up, at the top of the iceberg or below. The crowd in SAP has largely increased in recent years. With the increased crowd, the growth rate has lowered more and more. A common scenario for SAP folks today is, there are 10 job openings and 50 applicants who have cleared the interview. Many SAP consultants are now diverting towards MBA for getting a boost in their career. It is not just the MBA label that will take them to next level but their SAP experience till date plus MBA in the same operational area.
