    Hi,
    You need to meet the basic criterion set for becoming a lecturer in India. You should have a minimum of post graduate degree in the concerned subject.
    To apply in universities or in colleges, the government has raised the minimum educational qualification level. You should have a doctoral degree in the related subject.
    After completing your minimum educational qualification, you are required to undergo State Level Eligibility Test (SET) to apply in state colleges, and/ or National Level Eligibility Test (NET) which is conducted by UGC to apply in universities.
