I am a B.Com graduate with 63% and have 2-years of overall experience from MNC's. Should I go for MPA or MBA in Australia?

I have 1-year of experience in US insurance and 1-year of experience in Big four audit firm as a Tax Consultant. Also, I got 6.5 (above 6 in all) IELTS. Which course would help me get the Australian visa easily? I am planning to go to Sydney for USC. Also, what is the deadline for Feb intake?
