I am a B.Com (H) graduate from Calcutta University with 55%. I had to repeat a year due to health issues. Will it affect my MBA placement?

I could not appear for my part 2 exams.

Generally, it may not impact your placement. However, some companies that visit campus do insist on first attempt graduation /min percentage requirement at graduation exams. You need not worry on this do well in the MBA exam and also pick up a good summer project and I am sure you will get excellent placement.
