2. Start working based on B.Com and then keeping in mind your work area enhance skills for growth

You have multiple options. It would be hard to list each of them so I will be giving general ideas that I think are good:
1. Prepare for Government Job.
2. Pursue Certification courses that interest you.
3. Pursue Diploma courses in various fields like Photography, Media etc.
4. Mass Comm is also a good option.
5. LL.B. As others said. It is a popular option too.
6. Try for civil services.
7. Attempt CDSE or Join Army.
8. Get a job as accountant. -
You can choose LL.B. As one of the good career opportunities below are the options - judiciary service, advocate, professor, legal consultant, legal advisory in government, public and pvt. sectors.

You should go for any certificate Diploma or short term courses like fashion designing, DCA accounting, tally, B.Ed etc. Preparation for Bank jobs is also a good option. All the best. -
