I am a B.Com(Hons.) student. Can I do post graduation in fashion designing? This is the last year of my graduation.

Asked about Inter National Institute of Fashion Design, Jaipur - Specialization Program in Fashion Design

I want to do fashion designing but due to some reasons, I wasn't able to do so but now I can, so can I do post graduation in fashion designing directly after my graduation or should I go for Diploma in fashion designing because I don't have any knowledge of it?

    There are number of options available for you, as you mentioned you done with your graduation in commerce so you can do your masters in fashion designing.
    M.Sc. (Design - Fashion)- 2 yrs. (4 Semesters): The minimum eligibility criteria for M. Sc.(Design- Fashion), 50% aggregate marks in any bachelor's degree. A Master's of Science marks the completion of the first level of post-graduate study. Since these are some of the most competitive and fastest-growing job markets in the world today, an increasing number of students are choosing to pursue a masters degree to make themselves more professional.

    Hi,
    Yes you can opt for a Masters in design from NIFT ( www.nift.ac.in). This will open many growth opportunities for you as well as make you eligible for campus placements with a secured job.
