i am a b.com ,MCA.but working as back-ofice exe.as i dislike programming.i want to do FICO (ERP),is it good without finance work experience

after b.com i did MCA from IGNOU, but not interested in proggraming, so quit and join as back office executive in a small organisation ,mainly look after filing, documentation . if i do FICO(ERP) will it be helpful for me as i dont have experince in finace and dont have MBA(Fin), CA qualification.
