I am a B.Com third year student. After graduation, I want to do MBA in an IIM. Will I get an IIM with B.Com degree?

Yes, you can get call from IIM, but for that you need to give CAT in November and in CAT, you need to achieve more than 99 percentile and then only you have chance to get a call from IIM.

It all depends upon your score, but you need at least more than 85% marks.

Yes, you can get admission in IIM. All you need to ensure is that you score more than 50% at graduation level and ensure your score 99+ percentile in CAT.

Yes, you are. You just need a Bachelor's degree to be eligible for IIMS.
