which course will be best considering my work experience dat will help me grow in same field....and also let me know the future market of resins?

There is nothing like better PG in Abroad. There are various top universities like UPES which place their students in various foreign MNC's. And since you are from core sector, so my advice to you is that go for post graduation from India. It will cost you cheap and also its quite parallel to Intern
