i am a B.E.EEE graduate working as a software engineer. Does working in IT company with electrical background be a minus in M.B.A interview?
I am doing final year B.E.EEE. I have got an offer in a software company. My dream is to do M.B.A after 2 years. But i am afraid if IT Experience with Electrical background be a minus point in M.B.A. interview. Will i be questioned "Why did you work in IT while you have studied electrical?"

Hi,
You are absolutely on the right path of building your career as it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then option for MBA as it further enhances the career prospects.
As per your profile you may surely pursue MBA, this work experience of yours would be an added advantage for you during admission, and it will give you competitive edge to you over candidates with no work experience.
I would request Dr. Sudhiranjan Dey to share his expert opinion on this.
Feel free to discuss more.
All the Best.
