I am a B.E in IT, 5yrs work exp. in Softwr Devp. in database related technologies. What certifications/programs can help enhance my career ?

My work experience is primarily in data related technologies including Oracle PL/SQL and Infosphere Datastage. I have more that 80% throughout in academics. I would like to know what options (including specializations and mngt. courses) I might have to take my career to the next level.
