    Hi
To enter Academics you have to Appear for GATE and Join M tech in any of the reputed Engineering Colleges like IIT or IISc , A successful career in Academic would require you to go for good research work . I would suggest prepare well for GATE and get in to a Premier College.
    Wish you luck !
