Hi Brinda, Well great to learn that you looking for a career being married. Keep it up!! For your knowledge, a wide avenue of job opportunities are made available for students of B.Pharm with the armed forces, the Drug Control board, the health sector, agricultural firms, research institutes and many others. Even a career in Regulatory Affairs is both challenging and highly rewarding. It opens up lot of opportunities as it covers a variety of disciplines. The Pharma industry that is growing at a rapid pace and there is a rising concern over the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical and medical device products. So there is a great scope for you to work in Pharmaceutical Industry or you may work as a Pharmacist in Hospitals or as a Pharmacy Technician and as you married, you can even look for a teaching career in Private Colleges. Hi Brinda, the job opportunities for aspirants who have finished their graduation in pharmacy are quite high. To become a pharmacist you must have Diploma in Pharmacy. Another option is to go for higher studies. The job opportunities that one gets after concluding the advanced studies will be greater when compared to the jobs one get after completing graduation. You may go for M.Pharm or MBA in Pharmaceutical and for advanced studies, can do PhD. There are quite a lot of job descriptions for graduates of Pharmacy in the private sector : •Pharmacist in Hospitals •Pharmacy Technician •Private Colleges •The Pharmaceutical industry The state as well as central government facilities in our country carry out a variety of research for the development and manufacture of quality medicines.
