I am a B.sc Biotechnology graduate, i want to do MBA tell me is good for my career?

i have completed my bsc biotech and i want to do MBA, tell me is it a good direction towards my career if so which specialization should i opt either (Finance, HR, Marketing) which will be good for me. or if not what are the other options are available to me rather than these (Fin, HR, Marketing)
