If you have done B.Sc in information technology with a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation then you are surely are eligible for pursuing M.Sc in information technology.

B.Sc IT is mandatory for M.Sc IT.

I know you are not from B.Sc IT. For M.Sc IT, your B.Sc should be in information technology.
