I am a B.Sc Honors student. Am I eligible for GATE exam for engineering?

you are not eligible for engineering exam however there is gate and jam for MSc/BSc students too. You should visit the any IIT website for eligibility criteria for GATE/JAM

The eligibility criteria states that you are not eligible for GATE exam. You can check the criteria yourself as mentioned on the official site of GATE.
