I am a B.Tech aerospace final year student. What shall be my score in IELTS to pursue MS from Canada or Germany?

Most of the German and Canadian Universities require minimum of 6.5/9 in IELTS and sometimes even minimum of 6 in each section
Try to score at least 7/9 in IELTS and it's not that tough to score.
