I am a B.Tech Biotech student and after clearing GATE I am getting M.Tech Environmental engg. in NIT Trichy. Will it have any scope??

After Bio-tech, environmental engineering is not in line. Secondly, later if you decide for Ph.D. you won't get ECE or CSE departments. Thirdly, with two diverse specialization, which organization will hire you? consult NIT Trichy, placement cell for clarification.
