I am a B.Tech graduate doing my job in IT profile. Is it a good decision to pursue distance MBA in IT management?

Distance education has very less value in terms of career growth. If you want to pursue MBA, then you can go for regular MBA or E-MBA. In some institutes, weekend classes are also conducted for working professionals for MBA. You can choose this option. Otherwise distance or Online MBA is also good.

Yes, it would be a great choice, a large section of students opt for distance MBA or PGDM after B.Tech as it saves a lot of time and money. It also depends on individual references, interests, and career goals. Getting an MBA degree after B.Tech is always a plus after engineering degree.

To answer this question, it would have helped us to understand, what kind of profile you hold and how long have you been working. To understand in detail and more importantly to empathize with management concepts better it would be advisable to have atleast 3 years of work experience before MBA.
