I am a b.tech graduate in mechanical engineering & working as a maintenance engineer with total experience of 3.4 years. Counseling needed.

It's a slow moving career even if we sacrifice our social life also the system is very outdated as one should be having enough experience or jack to work with someone like reliance etc. Else our resume won't even pass the screening, also no one is ready to give any experience in this vast world.

It's important to understand as to in what area you need counselling. If it's on the career front then the decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans.
