I am a B.Tech graduate & want to pursue a Masters course. Is MBA the best option or should I go for a course related to my field?

You can go for MBA, which has specialization in operations, IT, etc. If you have any experience in engineering field, it would be beneficial to take MBA for career growth. Else, if you are very fond of engineering field, it is better you go for M.Tech or study abroad, it will benefit you.
