    Yes, MBA in HR will definitely help you. Also, your work experience is in-line with the specialization. After gaining the technical knowledge, pursuing HRM will open your options to go in the HR/recruitment team in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Marketing or Sales field. In the course curriculum, you will study the strategic management, human resource development, and legal aspect management. The students are taught about the cultural, social and economic factors that influence employees relation. This will help you to easily switch other HR related departments like Strategy and Planning, People Management (apart from Recruitment).
