I have worked as a Technical consultant in MS Dynamics NAV(ERP) for 1.5 yrs.I wnt to work as System Admin or IT manager profile and that's why I'm considering an MBA in IT.I am a B.Tech in IT.I am female.What are the chances of a female candidate to get jobs in the mentioned profiles?

Hi , as you have done B.Tech and working in IT domain, if you go for MBA in IT it will boost your career in IT sector in future. As experiences increases companies promotes senior technical employees to its Management department at that time the MBA degree will help you a lot as . Thanks. Best of Lu
