I am a B.Tech IT student of sathyabama university(2015).arrear exam result waiting.Can I apply to MBA program here?

Yes you can apply only if you are confident that you will clear the btech course. Because if your btech is not cleared, university may ask you to discontinue the mba course. So the decision is yours. any more clarification you can ask here.
