I am a B-Tech (mechanical engineering) student (1st year). What is the difference between B-Tech and B.E. course ? can i appear in upsc exam

There is no difference between B-Tech and BE course. Both are same.

There is no Difference between B-tech and B.E both are seen as Equivalent to each other in all the Entrance Examinations of India Including UPSC , and You can surly appear for UPSC Infact many of the UPSC toppers are from Engineering background
