You can apply for MBA (Production or Operations Management) as you have experience in the respective domain.
Pursuing a Full time MBa program from B-Schools is also considered as a better option for a better career prospects

If you are looking for regular MBA then you have to qualify CAT,NMAT,SNAP,TISS,CMAT etc entance examination for top B school. otherwise I will not suggest you leaving job & then join MBA. It will be better to apply Executive MBA from a reputed college on part time basis. IIMs & other india's top B
