I am a B.Tech student. I passed 4th semester and I want to migrate to another college in 3rd year. Is it possible?

Migration in 3rd year is not possible. If there is an genuine reason or unavoidable circumstance then only you can write to your University and UGC regarding migration of college and that too within the same university.
