i am a b.tech student,my trait is information technology,n i want to do post graduation,but i am confused that i should go for mba or m.tech
though i have interest in m.tech in I.T bt people say that there is not much scope in m.tech in india because for a job in a mnc b.tech is enough.plz suggest me what should i do.should i do m.tech from abroad will that increase my value? and whatever i choose what preparations i need to do?

Your answer is with you, its clear, As you are interested in m.tech in I.T Just go for it!!
for any successful career PASSION, SKILL, KNOWLEDGE are key factors, forget about market demand etc etc..
