I am a B.Tech (textile fiber) student. Can I apply for MBA in any college? I will get an AIR under 10 in TF GATE 2019.

GATE score are valid for admission in PG programs in engineering and technology and for jobs in government. PSUs sectors only. Hence you can not apply for MBA programs. For MBA admission you have to appear in CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, etc. entrance exams.
