Hi,
After graduation, you can prefer B.Ed. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. Thanks.

This depends solely on your career prospects and what you aim for. Both the degrees have their own ends to meet. However, B.Ed is preferred.

It depends of your interest, if you want to teach middle school student then go for D.Ed course, if you want to teach upto +2 class student then go for B.Ed.
