I am a banker by profession working on operation front of the branch, what should I do further to grow professionally and personally?

There, I do locker management, fixed deposit & day to day work. Now, I am in a South Indian bank Amritsar branch with an exp. of 8 years. I am unable to perform & struggle in my career, can you provide suggestions to satisfy my personal & professional need as this job is transferable.
