I am a BBA graduate. Which foreign language should I learn among Spanish, German and French which has a good scope in future?

Both languages have good opportunities and demand. So just go with your interest. As French is an official language of UN, you can give the preference to it.

Well, Spanish is one of the widely spoken language so I'll suggest you to choose it.
