I am a BCA 1st student and I want to do SAP or GNIIT, which is best who have more requirement these days, what is the pay package in both..?

I am a BCA 1st year student, A i am a commerce student and I wish to enter in IT industry, so i opt for BCA, and i want a successful career in IT with good payoff. I heard about SAP and GNIIT, which is better which have more demands and what is the procedure for applying in these two, Eligibility?
