i am a bca student and i want to do mca from delhi or pune university but the eligibility criteria i see here is mathematics in 10 2 level but i had commerce in 10 2 and didn't had mathematics as a subject in 10 2, so is there any way to become eligible for the course program.

As you don't have mathematics at the 10+2 level, doesn't mean that you aren't eligible for any of the universities offering MCA.
In fact, the best stalwart like IIT roorkee, IIT JAM, JNU all ask for graduation either BCA or B.Tech.
