I am a BCA student .. my final year results may not declare before september .. so can i get admission in a good college in this year only ?

The declaration of BCA final year result may get delayed .. may or may not be before september .. most of the college or university asks to submit pass certificate before august 15 or september 31st .. so is there any chance of getting admission in this year only and loosing one year ?
