i am a bcom grad from nashik marathi medium. now in mumbai. what education, exam & direction should i take for bank career. english is poor.

i have done bcom & mcom part 1 in marathi medium, nashik. i have worked for a shop as an accountant for a year. now i m married and settled in mumbai . please help me how should i go about to make my career in banks. what courses, education & exams should i take. knowing my english is poor. Help!
