I am a bcom graduate,interested in doin my higher studies abroad.are there any courses in canada or usa related to computers i can do?

I have completed my b com from magadh university in 2007 with 60 % marks,what are my options for higher studies abroad (canada and usa) in computers related feild if i can do so? i am planning to do networking or oracle database certification(not decided yet)is there anything related to this subject
