i am a bcom graduate will my experience in a local company as an accountant for 3 yrs be counted when i apply for a new job ?

hi i have plans to do mba ..my question i have done my bcom and i have wrked 3 yrs in a company near my place ,,will this wrk exp be considered by the employer when i apply for my next job ??or since the company is a small company my exp wont count??and will my 3 yrs of exp wil be cnsidered fr mba ?

Hi Riyas, as far your experience for the next job is concerned it will be counted if you are applying for a job in the same field. And as far as MBA is concerned, Universities generally ask for managerial or supervisory experience. Though there are others that consider any kind of work experience. T
