I am a BE CSE 2015 pass out. I got 289 marks in GRE & 6.5 in IELTS. Since I got low marks in GRE, I am planning to appear again? Is it ok?

I am working as a .NET developer and have a bond of 18 months. Will I be able to get admission if I apply for MS. What is the scope of .NET developer in USA? How much are they paid and will it provide me a secure future in USA?
