I am a BE ETC student with 73% aggregate,what is the cost of doing MS from Singapore,and do they offer good placements in my field.

I am currently working in a reputed I.T company,will it help me in being placed if I complete my MS in ETC.What are the good colleges and what is the procedure to apply to them.
