You may do many cources in MS specifically Cyber crime form IIIT Allahabad, MS in IT from Banglore etc . Please post your field in BE for details.

MS in India is provided by Only Some Top Government colleges Like IISC and Some IITs. To Get admission in MS You have to Score Very high percentile in GATE probably more than 98-99 %.
