I am a BE holder. Can I do Msc(distance ed) in psychology without bsc ? I am just interested in the field so which major should I choose?

I am just interested to know more about psychology. So the course is purely educational. What are the majors available and which one is more appropriate? Or should I do some other course instead of Msc or Bsc. Does IGNOU offer the course? If not which one is best in chennai? Thanks!
