I am a Bengali medium student, can I get admission?

The medium of studies is English in most of the colleges. There are few colleges where Hindi is also available. I hope you can read / write or speak English - so it should not be a problem for you. Even if you have studied Bengali medium till class XII - admission is not a problem. Admission to any
