I am a bioscience post graduate from kolkata. Can the FLIP-Smart Banker Program help me to get a decent banking job in pvt bank? please help

It's a certification program, so i do not have high hopes but if on successful completion I get a starting salary of around 2.4 lacs pa i am happy with it.
