what's the meaning of BiPC ? if that's stand for Biology Physics and Chemistry then without mathematics you cannot pursue the JEE or equivalent so you can't do Btech. but nothing to worry about it. if you are interested in Computer Engg then you can pursue BCA + MCA . MCA is equivalent with Btech CS
