I am a BiPC student with 40000 rank in AP EAMCET. Which course would be best for me? Which govt. colleges can I get?

If you have any caste or differently able reservations you can also get seat in Pharma. D course. But with 40000 rank, you can get B Pharmacy through the government counselling. But if you want to get admissions through management, then you can get admission in to any of the paramedical courses.

It depends on your interest if you have any reservations you will get seat in agriculture otherwise you can choose B.Pharmacy. I would suggest that whatever the field you choose have to be of your own interest then only you can excel in it. All the best.
