I am a botany student but there is no botany or life science subject in UGC NET. What should I do?

As there is no Botany in UGC NET you can go for Environment Sciences. You will have adequate knowledge also. Moreover, you can opt for CSIR NET applicable. If you have done your PG having least 55%. Mostly, this is for research scholars. Actually, CSIR NET is conducted for the Life Science students.

I think, you should take time do first decide what course are available to you and what is your interest area. There is no issue if UGC NET does no offer a particular course.
