I am a botany student.I doing my degree in Kerala. I want to become a agricultural officer. can I join Ms.c agricultural course ?

I am bsc botany student I am doing my degree in kerala under mg university ihave got 82% mark in plus two result and also 80,78 and 79% mark in first, second and third semester exam respectively . I wnt to become a agricultural officer .can I join M s. c agriculture?
