I am a BPharm graduate.Presently working in Pharma industry from 2.8 year.I want to change my field to IT what course i should choose.

Is it possible to get a job after doing the IT course.

As you are a pharma graduate it will be hard to choose MCA or other related IT courses because it need mathematics graduate in most colleges so the other option you have is the MBA with IT which will give you chance to get a job in IT industry but it has limitation as with this course you will get a
