Hi Srikanth. Yes you can do MBA in Finance. You must write the entrance exam to get into a good MBA college. I prefer you do MBA (Pharma) which will be added advantage for you. Always do MBA with preference to your subject which you have taken in Undergraduation. All the best. Regards. Gijoo
